No phone customer service?

I have been with koodo for 17 years and never had issues or my issues have been resolved. How is it possible that I cannot get thru a phone call with someone that can address my issues? I get to this “agent” and they stop answering or close the chat. If we do not have the option to talk to someone, and waste time on a chatt. I will definitely have to change provider.

When you call Koodo, if you choose to not/can’t use the automated system for your issue, you’ll get a text with a link to koodo.com/chat in which you can then schedule a callback with a rep from which reduces the time spent waiting on hold.

In saying that though, how can we help here?
