no on cell phone

I was asked to change my sim card back to the new one sent with my Refurbished I Phone 12

As i had ended up with two numbers on my bill 

the bill seems to have been corrected but after 3 hours I still have no service on my phone

Does the old sim work?
Did you do a sim card swap on self serve?

 

Did you receive 2 sims in the mail?

Are you upgrading or a new custromer?

no i received one card but put my old sim card into the new phone 

  with a Rep assistance i was told to change the sim card and they would put my existing number on to the new sim card 

my phone has been out of action now for 3 hours

When you got the new phone, was it ordered as a new line?  Or was it a phone upgrade under your current line?
