no new email aside from order shipped confirmation

Hi I am unable to recieve my two sims in the mail as of yet haven’t even been told if they’ve been shipped or not haven’t been told about any plan details either only got one email in regards to the whole port in process, this has been abysmal and brutal experience for me as a customer in koodos care

 

i have no way of knowing what I’ll be charged for or what my plan is or when my order is shipped or not 

 

please advise I cannot access self serve either as iit says preparing order, this has been like this since Friday

How did you sign up?  Is this for prepaid or post paid?

Do you have an order confirmation number?

Does your old service still work?
