Does anyone know why my iphone still rings when i have no service?

eg i work where there is no koodo network coverage.

its frustrating because some of my friends told me my phone was ringing and they thought I should have called them back.

i can’t even see any missed calls when i come back to network coverage areas.thanks

Even though you do not have cellular service where you work, your phone line remains active. You could record a voicemail greeting telling callers that you are not available, to leave a phone number for contact purposes and that you will return their calls when you get back from work.

Do you have a wifi connection where you work? If so, you can consider enabling wifi calling on your account to see if that would help solve your issue. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/wifi-calling
