My Galaxy s10 is not able to receive calls or texts. I have tested the following:

Toggling airplane mode on then off.

Toggling do not disturb on then off.

Powering the phone off then on.

Removing the Sim card and putting it back in.

Clearing the cache for calls and texting apps.

Factory reset.

Have you tried resetting your phone’s network settings?

I’ve provided a link to a video on how to perform this task.

I have tried resetting my phone network settings, Koodo support has also tried resetting the connection to my phone from their side and it did not work either.

Is your S10 set to LTE?

If so, try changing to a different network mode to see if this resolves the issue. Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network mode and select ‘WCDMA Only’.

If no luck there, another option is to put your S10 into Safe Mode. This disables all third party apps leaving only system and default apps that came with your phone. If your S10 works in Safe Mode, then a third-party app may be causing a problem with your phone.
