Try restarting your phone first to see if it fixes things

Thank you for confirming!

We have looked into it and we can see the transfer has been cancelled. Just to double check,  have you replied to verification text to authorize the transfer?

It was a strange process, where a cancellation of the request from Koodo had to be made before Bell could release the #, but while I was at the Koodo sales desk, I had to speak to someone in Bell corporate services (to finish the transfer), who was finalizing the release of the # on the Bell end, and they indicated that the call might end as a result, and the call did in fact ebd. BUT then the Koodo folks saw that the new SIM in my new phone seemed to be working with my transferred # so they thought the transfer happened without a new transfer request. but I am guessing it did not, and now the transfer request muse be made again. However I do not have the Bell account # handy. Can this request be made again without that?

The transfer details would be required to be able to resubmit the request in self serve.

Have you tried with the IMEI?

Here you can find the steps for the transfer https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/moving-your-number-koodo

I will try to get the required info. and make the request on-line via the link. But I think the old sim is going to be a problem since I reset the old phone and it won’t set-up again.

If it was an eSim, then you might need to get in touch with the previous provider and ask if the transfer can be completed. Otherwise, if the old sim with the other provider was a pSim, then, this should still be active.
