I have lost my iPhone.  I want to disable it so it cannot be used by others.

If I notify Koodo that my phone is lots, am I protected from charges incurred by others?

You can suspend your phone on your Self-Sere account and even blacklist your phone if you have the IMEI number. Even though it is lost, you will still be responsible for your bill, as well as any Tab charges on your account. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/reporting-your-lost-or-stolen-phone

To erase your device remotely on Find my iPhone, you can follow the instructions in the link below. https://support.apple.com/en-ca/guide/iphone/iph21a030ae3/ios
