Legal Name Change Help

I recently updated my legal first name with my Koodo phone line and my credit card, but the name change hasn’t taken effect as the account holder name. Is there a way to fix this that I’m not aware of? E.g. when I go into my account, it says “Hello, old name!”.

Just to confirm, how did you change your name with Koodo? have you contacted directly and ask a rep to update it? And as of now, is your latest PDF bill updated with the new name?

Hi Dinh, I contacted Koodo directly and a rep said they were able to change it.  The latest PDF bill is updated with the new (correct) name (thank you, I didn’t think to check here). I believe it may just be the self-serve greeting with the incorrect name now?
