Koodo help line is frustrating you can’t talk agent or coustomer service most of time!
2.I am in Calgary and in heart of Calgary and on different locations there internet and connectivity in the city is pathetic.I am wondering how these companies are looting customers and no one make them accountable.
3.Three months I talked them and told everything but they have all lip services

Are you an internet or cellular customer? If you're a cellular customer, what phone are you using, and how many bars of signal do you have?

It seems like a major issue if you are getting a poor connection across the city.

You may want to ask your friends and relatives that are using other service providers, see if they get a better signal, and maybe even try inserting the SIM card into your phone to test it out.

In that case, it eliminates the possibility that it is a problem with your phone and is most likely related to the service.

As mentioned earlier, you can ask those that are using Rogers, Freedom Mobile, or Fizz, preferably in your area, and figure out which one is the best option. You can also follow up with local users that are currently with Telus or Bell and see if they are experiencing the same issue as you.

Is it indoor or outdoor signal? I recall Calgary is cold and they had a lot of concrete structures. If you had indoor sigal issue, WiFi calling is probably the best bet.

My wife was in the heart of Calgary last week for a brief period of time and did not experience any issues.  Is your issue sporadic or continuous?  Does it happen at specific locations or all over downtown Calgary?

When you speak with friends and family who use Koodo/Telus, are they experiencing the same issues as you?
