koodo number can't transfer to italkbb


I have requested many times koodo number transfer to italkbb,But koodo didn’t process.Just keep continue to ask italkbb request.Even i make many call back no one try to fix system problem,because main root case is system never send out reply SMS to confirm. Up to One months later No one try do anything in the fault system. Strongly Please give up your number when you need to transfer any not common carrier

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the transfer. Unfortunately we could not authenticate the account through the log in method used here. You can log out of the Community and when you log back in, you can use the Self Serve option as shown in the following picture: 

Let us know when it is completed.

It is possible that the port fraud protection feature is activated on your line. You can schedule a callback through Koodo Assist and speak with a rep to remove the block. https://Koo.do/Chat

It is not possible to block,because koodo have acknowledge from italkbb,i call koodo two time ,always repeat need to request italkbb to send link,the problem is never check system  fault.One Month after still no any assistant to follow up,I will give up the number.If you are real,please find someone to follow up,

Are you a prepaid or postpaid customer? And you said you cannot receive any sms from day 1? What was the issue with  it?

What do you mean by this?  What do you mean Koodo has acknowledge this?  And how do you know Koodo has acknowledged this?

What do you mean Koodo is requesting italkbb to send a link?  What link are they asking italkbb to send?

Does koodo say they receive the port request?

Also who are you calling?  Koodo uses a callback service.  Are you getting callback from Koodo or are you calling someone else?

You can try calling the Koodo porting department at 1-844-232-7678 and see if they can restart the transfer process.

I don’t believe that you can actually connect through with the number without a port in progress on the number you’re calling with.

why do you sure Koodo porting department at 1-844-232-7678 is possible?Koodo don’t want to waste money to give better services to customer,because this part don’t consist of profit. I just want to blow the problem to everyone.I don’t expect koodo will do any action to help me

As lond as you have a porting request in progress, you shuld be able to get through when you call the porting department number.

So then you are saying you don't want to actually solve your problem. Or even try to attempt to solve your problem with the strategies mentioned.

You literally have 5 people here trying to help you solve the problem but you just want to complain about it. 

If that is the case, then this issue is on you.

okay fine you can try to call porting department and please record to me where is real agent to serve you or you want to be real agent to handle this issue

koodo hotline the agents keep continue to talk 1 hours,the number still get stuck,keep repeat saying need to reply sms,the rules is koodo set not me, i won’t argue on system fault,because system not working is not my job. No body to follow up the case is the main issue, why this issue is my fault????????

So...have you tried calling the porting department phone number after starting the porting process?
