My mobile data is completely down here in Surrey, BC, and it's significantly impacting my day. I rely on this connection for my work and daily tasks, and being cut off like this is a major disruption.
l've already restarted my phone, toggled airplane mode, and confirmed I'm well within my data limits.
Nothing is working. I'm seeing others on social media mentioning Telus/Koodo network issues today-can a rep please confirm if there is a tower outage in the Surrey area?
This service level is unacceptable. I need a status update or a fix immediately.
