Koodo Internet not working

Anyone else having issues with Koodo Internet this morning? I have tried absolutely everything, resetting, unplugging, etc. Nothing is working. Tried all morning to get a callback, but they were already too busy. After a few tries, I finally successfully got one for “sometime today”, still waiting for the call.
 

Last time I had this issue there was an outage with Videotron which is somehow related to Koodo in Quebec. Can’t seem to find much info on anything so I thought I would see if anyone else was experiencing technical issues.

Koodo Internet is a separate service. It acts as a reseller, so the actual provider that is handling your Internet services will vary depending on your geographical location.

Unfortunately, it is one of the busiest times of the year, so response times from a rep will likely be extremely delayed due to the Black Friday event.
