koodo internet customer service line doesnt answer

How else can I cancel the internet subscription. I tried for 9 hours today to get them to answer the call in the queue and they did not. 
 

I scheduled a call back through Koodo assist and the rep that called me transferred me to the same queue after I asked them not to because I had been on hold for 6 hours with no answer.

 

At 9PM they disconnected the call because they are closed.

How else can I cancel the service?

We have checked and we can see that you managed to speak with a rep yesterday in the morning and the Internet service is now cancelled.

I guess you still need to schedule a callback with Koodo Assist. I would do it the very minute Koodo customer support opens to get the best time possible for the day.
