How else can I cancel the internet subscription. I tried for 9 hours today to get them to answer the call in the queue and they did not.
I scheduled a call back through Koodo assist and the rep that called me transferred me to the same queue after I asked them not to because I had been on hold for 6 hours with no answer.
At 9PM they disconnected the call because they are closed.
How else can I cancel the service?
