im out of the country and tried to call 8669956636. But i was not able to connect. My question is that I want to suspend my service while i am abroad.

How do you get in touch with a person that can help sort out a problem? I have scheduled multiple call backs and they never call as arranged. I'm frustrated to say the least because they made promises to keep me as a customer when I was going to switch providers and now won't fix things. I've tried so many ways to get a response or a call and still nothing.
