Koodo Assist is broken. Won't help schedule a callback

Koodo assist is the worst service ever.  Wasting my time.  Keeps asking me to signin.  I’m signed in, but keeps asking me to try and sign in again.  I just want to speak to a human.  Then asks me to ask my question on Koodo Community.  Wow.  I feel sorry for Koodo customers.  If you think this is good service, then you don’t know what your missing.  You’ll feel special like a VIP elsewhere.  I will never deal with Koodo again.

I agree, it can definitely use with some work / replacing.

What was the reason you needed a callback? Maybe we can help you here instead.

If it redirected you to the forum, it was likely because it was late at night and no rep were available. Technically, you should be able to connect with a rep through Expert Messaging: https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/koodo-expert-messaging-faqs

Regarding the repeated sign‑in prompts, it sounds like there may be an incompatibility between your web browser and Koodo’s system. Which browser were you using, and do you have a VPN enabled?

Thanks.  I figured it out.  The Koodo Assist persistently tries to help.  TEXTING SCHEDULE CALLBACK OR TALK TO A REP, NO LONGER WORKS.  It has to be something it can't help with and then will say you need a rep and give you option to schedule callback.

Steps.

1. TEXT I'M CANCELLING, it may still suggest it can help by what you want to do.  TEXT NOT HAPPY..

2.  When you get the Schedule Call back button and select it.  It will ask to help get you to the right person, what did you want to ask.  Do not text or select anything suggested because it will then start trying to help again.  TEXT NOT HAPPY.

3.  It will ask for callback number.  TEXT NUMBER TO CALL YOU.

4.  Confirm number and it will schedule a callback.

I don't use VPN, so not sure why I was having repeat sign-in or number doesn't match.
