Koodo assist does not connect me to a rep. What is their number I can call directly or eventually an email?

What was the issue that you need help with? you can ask here as well. Someone might know the answer.

Regarding Koodo Assist, what was the message it gave it to you?


Thist is the message I am getting when trying to connect to a rep:

“Let's get you back to the conversation

Just need a quick refresh to get your conversation back. Please check your internet connection, or try again in a few minutes.

Try again”

I tried it hundreds of times and still the same result. It is extremely frustrating. Btw. my internet connection is OK. There is no other way to connect with them. No phone number, no email, nothing. I will have to file a complaint to CCTS.

Yes, this message I get after starting the conversation with the Koodo Assist and verifying my phone and signing in.

 


How should I schedule a call-back? Koodo Assist does not work.

I am still able to access Koodo Assist normally just now and didn’t see the error. Were you using a VPN or currently residing out of Canada?

Nope, my VPN is off and I am in Vancouver BC. Surprisingly my friend was able to schedule a call-back from a different country without an issue.

I am residing in Vancouver as well. If your friend can access without issue, there might be issue with your local wifi or your device. I would suggest you try on a different browser or try the incognito mode to see if that can help.

I was charged $50 to change my number but I didn’t change my number. How do I get a credit?

We  have looked into it and we can see the charge for the number change (this applied for the transfer of the number), however, there is also a credit for it, you can see the details on page 4 for more details.

Look at all these users reporting the exact same thi g only to be met with "no issue on my end".

 

I've spent HOURS over the last MONTHS always with the same result. Regardless of device, wifi vs cellular, home vs work, the service is garbage.

It is something being looked into right now about the revolving issue. If you can start a new thread, it’s something we can flag as well as another reported user having the issue.

How should I schedule a call-back? Koodo Assist does not work.

Type "cancel services" and youll get a call back instantly. Set your patience high though, the guy that called me was an absolute jerk- it was clear that I was affecting his commission or personal circumstances in some way, he definitely wasn't there to help... even called me back from a second number pretending he thought we got disconnected, even though there was a clear ending of the conversation including "Perfect, thats is all then, thank you, have a day". Good luck.

By switching companies, yes :) After all that time and frustration trying to reach anyone from Koodo, I finally just went to cancel the second line altogether. But, after the way that phone call went, I quickly decided I didn't want any koodo services. I was able to get a quick simple online access (and phone calls) with another company, where my number was ported over and same services for a cheaper price. Best part was they even cancelled my koodo plan for me when porting the number so I didn't have to go through that again with the koodo rep.
