I never received an activation email for my eSIM

I signed up for an account and am being charged but never received an activation email. When I try to get help, they require me to put in my Koodo phone number which is useless because it isn’t activated.

Have you checked your spam and Junk inbox to see sif anything is sent there? 

As well, have you received the service agreement from Koodo?

Yes I have searched everywhere and I cannot find it.

Just to double check, you didn’t receive the email to register for self serve and you do not have access to your self serve account at the moment?
