I let Staples talk me into cancelling

I was at Staples today and I let the agent talk me into canceling and going with Virgin for my phone and Bell internet.  But my internet is bundled with Telus and now I've canceled one but Bell isn't active yet and it's a mess. 

If I haven't activated my Bell account yet can I cancel the contract and come back to Koodo?

If you canceled ported your koodo number to Virgin, then you will need to request a call back with Koodo Assist to get your account back.

If you didnot port your koodo number over then koodo doesn't know you canceled yet and you will need to contact Virgin to cancel your new account.

 

Regarding internet service, do you have Telus home internet or koodo home internet? 

And did you sign up for Bell home internet or Virgin home internet?

I signed up for Bell Internet. The issue is, I forgot I was getting a bundle deal with Telus and I canceled my Koodo account first. I don't have my Bell modem yet. I'll be saving $32 a month if and when I can fix it. 

Virgin no longer has home internet

 

I argued with the online robot forever to request a callback. I'm 71. I miss the days where you just called and talked to someone

So you have a bundle deal with Telus.  What is this bundle deal?

You said you canceled your Koodo account.  Is this just home internet?  Or did you cancel your mobility service as well?

So I understand you signed up for Bell home internet only?  Can you clarify exactly what service you had before in detail and what service you signed up for and what service you canceled?

 

You mention bundle deals and Telus & Koodo, and Bell & Virgin.  But all 4 of these companies sell multiple types of services and can have multiple bundles that go across these companies.

It's all good. I spoke to someone who helped me with everything and told me how to handle Bell.  

 

It's all taken care of. I let my anxiety get away with me lol
