I joined the monthly plan online yesterday but I didn't receive any emails confirmation and instructions on how to set things up. I forget the phone number assigned to me. Please help

Do you have any confirmation/order numbers or anything related to the purchase that you saved or have access to?

It usually takes a day or two, since Koodo will need to do a few checks before they send you the confirmation email. You can send an email to koodo.webstore@koodomobile.com to follow up directly with the Koodo Web Store.

My friends all got the email not long after they submitted it online. Don't know why it wasn't my case

There may be a possible issue with your credit file, which is why it is taking a longer time. If the team handling your order needs anything else, they will give you a call.

I have already sent a email to the web store team but still haven't received any replies. Is there a number I can call to talk to a real person?

Unfortunately, that is the best way to reach out to the Koodo Web Store. It will take some time, but they will eventually respond back to you.
