I am tired of a company I send monthly payments too making it impossible to speak to anyone but a "learning" AI bot who wastes my time. I have been a Koodo customer since it launched and trying to ask about discounts and perks is next to impossible I don't want to spend the day reading articles when a human could answer my questions in 30 seconds. I'm out.

What is your specific question?  Maybe we can answer it or if we cannot we can direct you to the most effective channel to get help.

Im not interested in doing my own research. I just wanted two questions answered by a human. There is no such thing as service anymore. How sad is it that customers have to administer customer help for the company. Really pathetic. Raking in millions.
“Just send us your money and STFU.”

I have been a customer since 2008. I was buying a new phone ans was told I could save by setting up automatic bank payments. I already am set up. Do I have to do anything? Who do I contact if I don’t get the discount? I was also offered one “free” extra. I was presented a list and chose 5G boost, but can’t find it anywhere in self-serve. They know my account and where I live, why put it in the list of it’s not offered to me? AI could not answer and I’d be reading all day to “maybe” get an answer. Zero customer care. None.

I’ve been messing with buying a phone for a couple hours. Why should it take hours????

I never asked you to do your own research.  I asked you what your 2 questions are so I (a human) can try to answer it or find someone who can answer it for you.

Ah I see question #1.

If you have Auto Pay by Bank already set up an you have a plan that has the Auto Pay by Bank discount then it should apply for to your plan when it is a full billing cycle.  So no partial credit for partial billing cycle.  Note that all new/current postpaid plans have the Auto Pay by Bank discount included.

Also note that the auto pay by bank credit is tied to your plan, regardless of you buying a new phone or not.

Who do I contact if I don’t get the discount?

Question #2.

You can reach out to the community here and a rep will be able to investigate.

Bonus Question I see.

So in self serve, if you check your Plans and Add-ons page, just below the Add-Ons is a section called  Manage Perks.  If you click this, you can see your active Perk and the perks available to you

As an example.  Here are mine:
