I’ve had trouble with unexplained charges and phoned Koodo but go no satisfaction.  Recently a rep phoned and said she’d noticed I had been a longtime customer and wanted to offer me some things.  A new tablet.  More data.  LOTS more data.  I really have no NEED for a tablet (though I suppose it is an expensive item).  I really nave no NEED for more data!

Now my bill comes and I have a $60 dollar connection fee.  SIXTY now!  I need to pay a connection fee on a tablet I don’t even need?

What do I do??

When did you order that tablet and make change to your plan? If it was within 30 days, you could request a return/refund by contacting Koodo directly and ask a rep. Go here www.koodo.com/chat and type “I would like to cancel”. You should ask them to return/refund. If you asked them for cancellation, you would still be charged for a partial usage of your tablet and phone plan.
