How can I cancel

I have been trying to cancel my subscription many times.  I have waiting on hold for over 2hrs on several occasions only to be disconnected.  The Internet never worked. I have never been able to connect.  I have never been able  to contact any customer support and have gone to another company.  I am still being billed.

Hi there,

To confirm did you attempt to cancel the service through your Koodo self-serve? Under the subscription there should be an option to manage it. When you check, does it present the option to cancel?

If not, a rep on here can be notified to look into it. This has also been a problem for many others as of late.

I see, for some this option shows up and you will be emailed a shipping label to send back the equipment. 

Now that Dinh has flagged a rep, make sure you’re logged into the community using your self serve credentials and they can reach out to their internet team to submit a cancellation. They will respond here as we have👍
