Home Internet keeps dropping

I have had Koodo home internet for a little over a month now and ever since it was activated the internet connection randomly drops. All the lights 4 green and 1 flashing red on modem are normal and the three green on the router are on solid. All my devices are connected with excellent signal strength, only problem is there is no internet connection. If I cycle the power on either the modem or the router the internet connection will restore. Even if I unplug the network cable from the router and reconnect it the connection will restore. If I do nothing it will remain offline indefinitely.  Numerous call backs with Koodo have resolved nothing, they replaced the modem and router and cables but still the same issue remain.  Had a visit with a technician (Rogers) who verified a good strong signal coming to the modem from the pole but could offer no solution to the dropping issue. So, just wondering if anyone else have experienced a similar issue?

This is one of the more common errors. 

 

If you have a spare router or your own router I suggest trying to use that. Otherwise you need to speak with a tech to get a new router sent to you.

Thanks for the reply. I have had many call backs, and indeed a new router and modem was sent but as I said, the problem remains. The new router and modem they sent was the same model (Boost 6 lite) as the first. I was hoping for something different.

You options now is to get another replacement router, or I would suggest getting a personal router and seeing if that fixes things
