I’ve been trying to reach koodo internet and can’t seem to get a hold of them
1st attempt Dec 20, on hold for 2hrs, 2x when trying to setup, 1-3pm and 7-9pm, then then closed
Tried calling to cancel, Dec 27, for 4hr
Jan 6 for 3hr
Jan14 for 3h 11-2pm
Jan14 5:30pm-7pm , 1.5h, went online for a call back, got a call back in 30mins, so disconnected, only to find out that it was a mobile person, transfer it’s 8:50pm im waiting and they will close soon.
i havent even setup the service, i wonder what it would be like if i actually needed help
