I had Koodo Internet provided through Telus and the first day everything worked fine and then the next day the router had issues so they sent another one and now all it does is blink green on Internet I had contacted Koodo and did all the resests and still no connection so they had sent a Technician over and all the person did was check my cable wire and leave I was under the impression they would show me how to properly setup and ensure the WiFi was working on my end before leaving but nothing of the sort never even looked to see if I set up the Modem and Router correctly really stressful paying for a service I cannot use .

Unfortunately support on the forums is limited for intenret. IF you’re already at the point where you’re etting equipment swapped out and technicians visiting, you’ll have to schedule a callback to continue with tehnical support. I’m pretty sure you have it set correctly though. It’s quite simple for the connection fo the modem and router to have wifi going.
