There are communication wires down behind my house at 96 Nascopie Crescent and the neighbours house at 92 Nascopie Crescent

Hi ​@Cherie LS, if these are TELUS wires, you can actually report this issue on their website here. Select the 'Report an outage' button then 'Report an outage' again then fill out the form with the appropriate details. Thank you for flagging this to us!
