As much as we would like to help, we have limited access here on the community when it comes to Prepaid accounts.

If you didn’t get any callback to your number, we’d recommend following Dennis’ suggestion above and schedule the call back on a different phone number, if possible. 

The Prepaid support team should be able to further check why the activation is not going through and also check your selfserve access.

Prepaid is non-refundable unfortunately, especially top up vouchers purchased at a retailer.

hasnt been an issue past months

Unfortunately there sounds like a glitch this time.  It doesnt matter if there hasnt been an issue in past months.  What matters is there is one now.

Your options now is to request a callback to to a working number (friend or family), or you can let your account expire and forfeit your remaining funds in your account.

 

I understand neither option makes you happy, but those are the options available.

It sounds like there is an issue with the account.  Hence you need a callback.

 

Ideally you create your self serve account when you activate your prepaid line (this used to be a requirement to activate your prepaid account, I dont know why Koodo stopped doing this as it creates a lot more issues)

Okay; so have someone call me back on the device I have access to… THAT I F’ING PAYED Y’ALL TO BE ABLE TO USE….

I set it up for 11:30am today and got nothing.

Unfortunately you have to request a callback through Koodo assist like you did previously.  Just make sure you enter the number of the friend or family member that would be able to receive the call.

 

Note that we cannot see what you enter into Koodo assist or your callback time to a working number yo have access to
