Do I need to cancel and resubscribe to my internet plan if I plan on moving out?

I’m planning to move out soon and I could not find any resources about changing your address and how it will affect your internet connection. Do I just need to connect my modem to another coax cable in the new apartment and update my address on Self Serve? Or do I need to cancel the plan, return the devices, and order a new plan + devices to the new address? The new address is still within the same province.

Hi @CireM

The option to move the equipment to a different address is currently unavailable, however we hope it will become possible in the future.

In this case, the right process to follow is to cancel the current subscription in your self serve account ( https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/how-do-i-cancel-my-koodo-internet-subscription), then return the equipment  (https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/returning-old-hardware) and sign up for a new subscription at the new address.
