Disney plus will not activate. It directs me to a trial/ subscription plan page. I was able to activate Netflix, prime and telus no problem. I do not have a VPN.

+4Have you got another existing account with Disney plus? As well, can you tried to do it using “incognito” mode to see if that can help?
I had disney plus before but the subscription is no longer active. What do you mean by signing in incognito? I use a different email for koodo than I did with my past subscription for disney. I have between trying to get in using my koodo sign in but to no avail.

Is it linked to a different email address? (Please don’t share the email address here since it’s a public forum).
It was linked to a different email and then my Netflix account got hacked so I switched the email on Netflix and koodo. Do I use my sign in information for koodo to also access disney plus? That is what I have tried and neither of my emails show an activation. I can use every other service activated through koodo
