Disappointing Internet Service

Became a Koodo Internet customer a month ago. 1 Gig Service. Getting slightly above 100MB. Lots of disconnects. Multiple time each hour Cannot get a number to discuss or troubleshoot. Giving it two more days and cancelling if no-one gets back. Can’t get any assistance via their ai for %^&^%$

Thanks for your suggestion. Have already been doing those things. I need a “live” person to tell me what they see from their end. This service is horrible.  Hard-wire a connection directly to their modem and ran speed and latency tests from different sites. Continuous ping tests shows disconnects and dropped connections. Paying for 1GB service and receiving under 150MB. Hoping I can get the attention of Service Rep to connect with me

Tried to schedule a call-back through the link, but getting sent in circles online. This is asinine How do I get a live support?
