I am supposed to have unlimited data, but I have just received a text saying I have used 100% of my data and it is being paused unless I pay for more. What gives?

Koodo didn't have any plan allowing unlimited data though. Could you go into your self-serve and check detail of your plan and see how much data you got?

@Sarah0751  You are currently on a $45/5GB a month plan.  We have just launched a new set of plans ( Pick Your Perks ) that you maybe interested in. The current $45 plan comes with an extra gig of data so if nothing else you should definitely consider changing to that and get more data at no extra cost.
