Hi there, I just got off the phone with my gas utility provider. To waive a credit deposit, I must get a credit check. The only credit I have is my phone bill. I cannot get ahold of a Koodo service rep. How do I go about getting a credit check via my Koodo phone bill?

+4You would have had a credit check done on you when you first activated with Koodo. They don’t have the ability to run one for you to give to another company though.
Koodo doesn't hand you a copy of a credit check. That should just be your gas utility doing doing a check in your credit report with either Equifax or Transunion.
Does anyone know if Koodoo uses equifax or tansunion?
