Hi . I have been really troubled with this Wifi bein on and off lately. It keeps showing connected without Internet . The router has power light LAN coming upon restarting and then disappears and the Booster has all of the lights blinking. It happened all of a sudden. I have assignments piled up and living in a basement with no WiFi even after paying it on time is a pain !!
It is impossible to reach support . The worst experience

If you have tried all of the recommended steps, the next thing to do would be to schedule a callback with a rep through Koodo assist to talk to their internet team. They can either recommend further troubleshooting or if necessary, send new equipment.
Unfortunately for Koodo internet the community's ability to assist with this service is limited atm. I would suggest you schedule the call for further assistance.
Have you tried going through the troubleshooting steps? Have you unpliugged and restarted the router and then the modem is the router restart does not fix things?
