Cloudflare has blocked IP - login to account

I operate a community fibre network at a park.  All my customers are CGNAT behind a single public IP.  No Koodo customers can access the secure account website as cloudflare is blocking.  Can you tell me who to contact at Koodo to get our IP whitelisted please?

Hey there, I don’t think Koodo manages Cloudflare’s blocking lists, so there’s nobody at Koodo who can “whitelist” your IP.

  1. On the block page, use the “I’m human” / challenge or “Report” link to submit details to Cloudflare. 
  2. Contact Cloudflare (or your upstream provider) with the Ray ID and your public IP and ask for review. 
  3. If you control that CGNAT IP, check for malware / abuse that might have triggered the block.

Cloudflare specifically says that the website manager has to remove the IP from their cloudflare account, cloudflare can’t do it.  The Koodo domain is controlled by Telus.  This is a screen shot of what all my customers get when they try to enter their login area of Koodo.  The main website comes up fine. I need to email the site owner….. lol, good luck me trying to get this done.  Hope someone can help resolve.

Who is your Internet provider? Have you tried to contact them to make sure they provided proper IP address provision to avoid security flag.

@Darius Koodo I tried but I don’t have an account with Koodo so they won’t assist.  I am the ISP support member, and need someone at Koodo to look at this.  It is affecting all customers of Koodo, it is in Koodo’s best interest to allow access.

Have you tried to contact your Internet provider? They should be able to contact CloudFlare directly.

We are the ISP, Cloudflare said Koodo has to login to the Cloudflare portal and unblock.

On the Koodo side, I don't think they would do anything over this customer forum. Since you aren't a customer or using Koodo product.

You can try to schedule a call back from Koodo or contact Telus directly to see if they can have better understanding of the situation.

No unfortunately. You have to go through their normal customer support and make an inquiry about it https://www.telus.com/en/support/contact-us
