closing home internet

Anyone can help on this? I’m trying to close my home internet account, I can’t do it online or with the chat. I try to get a call back but they can’t as well. I’ve been trying to call the number provided but I’m waiting for hours and can’t get on a call.

Is there an email I can use? I don’t want to waste any more time on this stupid matter.

Yeah this has been an issue for people lately. There is not an email to contact koodo. However, I can flag a rep on here to see if they can help out with the cancellation.

Just make sure you're logged into the community using your self serve credentials and they should be able to take a look. They will respond here as I have. 🙂
