Chat Assistant loops to Cyber Monday promo instead of scheduling callback

It is important to talk to rep. 

 

My outgoing calls are showing NO NAME or weird 5 digit number.  I wanna change it asap as per my original documents name. 

 

As no one is picking my call or giving me call back because of NO NAME display.

    @patelmarmik That sounds like something on your phone...has little to nothing to do with your carrier.  Not sure what phone you have but my google one has this. You can turn off your own caller identification, and your number will then not be shown at the receiving end when you make a call. so check that if you turned it off first.
