Changing internet speed, no change in two months?

I received Koodo Internet service on January 20th. Shortly thereafter, I decided to upgrade to 500mbps. It still says the change will take effect on January 28th, but so far nothing has changed in almost two months. I still have the 100mbps service at the moment, and can't cancel or even check details on the requested upgrade.

 

Any ideas?

Yes, they have nothing to do with me changing my Internet speed and Koodo not actually changing it.

We have looked into it and we can see the subscription is stiil active with the old plan. We have managed to get in touch with the support team and they are looking into it. We will let you know as soon as we have an update

We just got a confirmation that the upgrade of the plan has been completed, please reset your modem and let us know how the speed is.
