My son got a cell phone on my account in December. I never noticed or thought but he has been getting charged a easy roam charge because when he gose to his mother's she lives beside the USA border. Can someone look into helping me reverse the charges over these few months so he can recover some of his money. Thanks.

We have looked into and we have been able to remove the roaming charges for this bill and previus one, since it was due to accidental roaming. Please note that the balance due has already been updated, however the PDF bill still shows the details of the charges since the adjustment has been applied after the bill date.
