When the apartment staffs are trying to connect my cell with the buzzer it says ‘Log distance calling’ then I called Koodo and said the issue and they did something with my phone lock saying that now everything should work and scheduled a call back on that day itself.
But it was still not connecting and when they called the same day I said it not working and they looked into it and said it might take some time to be activated so give it a day and will call the next day. It’s going to almost a week and I did not get a call back also am not able to get a call back as the Koodo assist is not giving me the option to schedule a call.
What am I supposed to????????
