I am trying to purchase koodo internet. I am a existing koodo customer and logged into my account. I can’t get past the point of entering a Promo code. I enter the code, it works but then there is no option to continue to contact details. And yes I have tried incognito mode and clearing website cookies and whatnot.

Do you have the option to try on a different device? Are you currently trying on a mobile device or on a PC/ laptop?
Can you post a screenshot of what it shows after you enter the promo code?
Have you tried to scroll as low as possible to look for the button and hover/click in the area a button should be expected?
I am using an Iphone. I tried using another Iphone and had the same issue. I have tried clicking multiple places with no luck. What am I missing? Here is a screenshot of the page.
+4That might be an issue with the scripts on the webpage. If possible can you try to do it on a PC or Mac?
