OK.  Trying too cancel a Koodo Account.

 

Cannot do so without talking to a person. Cannot talk to a person without scheduling a callback (apparently). Could not schedule a call back because — I forget the actual reason.

 

Tried later, and this time said to try again after 9AM EST.  

 

Why does an AUTOMATED system need office hours?  If I could talk to a person, I could understand… but to schedule a callback? 

 

Time I’ll never get back, and time that Koodo will beep charging me for!!!

Normally it should be working 24/7. I didn’t know the reason. My best guess is they had too many calls and tried to reset for tomorrow.
