Cancelling a phone lineC

I have three phone lines and need to cancel one. I used Koodo assist to queue for a callback. Over the course of five hours I recveived five callbacks, each one what disconnected as soon as I gave the prompt I was asked to provide. Bad enough that service can only be cancelled by speaking to a person, but to then make it virtually inpossible to actually speak to a person is shabby management.

If you havent tried it yet, have you tried scheduling the callback to a different number?

It does not matter which phone they call as long as the account owner picks up. Might be worth a try.
