You can schedule a callback at https://koodo.com/chat

To add to Allan, alternatively you can call their cancellation team by calling 1-855-350-1170. They're available Mon-Sun 9am-9pm EST

If neither of these methods work, we can have a rep here try to assist by reaching out to their technical team.

There are NO reps available to cancel your service, you can’t do it online either.

I have spent hours this afternoon being put on hold by Koodo’s “reps” and will be cancelling my other Telus service that I just signed up for a few weeks ago. A salesperson got me to sign up for home internet service that wasn’t even available at my address, and Telus is making it impossible to cancel it through their gatekeeping of access to customer service.

I write this as I am on hold , 37 minutes, for at least the third time, being transferred from “technical support” which I never requested, to the “loyalty department that can assist” me.

Telus, do better.

Hi @Cara78, we can see you were able to get in touch with an agent and they processed the cancellation for you.

@Julie M, we’re sorry to hear about the delay in being able to cancel. We can send in a cancellation request for you, please log out of the Community and log back in, using your Self Serve account credentials as we cannot access your account without authentication.

Thank you Charm for helping me to finally resolve this. Telus/Koodo need more customer service reps like you!
