I have just switched to another provider and would like to make sure my koodoo account will be closed and I won't be charged anymore by any means or bills.

Hi there,
With koodo do you have the postpaid or prepaid service?
If postpaid, you can cancel the account by porting the number to your new provider or, if you dont want to bring the number with you, you can schedule a callback with a rep and ask to cancel.
Once cancelled, you will be issued a final bill indicating any remaining charges. More info on your final bill can be found here:
If prepaid, porting will still work. Besides that, if automatic payments is turned off, the service will suspend at the end of the 30 day subscription period and the account will close after an additional 90 days.
