I have been trying to cancel my subscription many times. I have waiting on hold for over an hour on several occasions only to be disconnected. I have never been able to connect to the internet. I spoke to customer support and they scheduled a rep to come and fix something but TWICE outside my availability. I am no longer interested in setting it up. I just want it cancelled. The overall customer experience has been awful.
