cancel my plan


Hi. This is my second request, no response to first.  I need to cancel my plan. Can somebody please help?

i no longer have the physical sim on me.

Prepaid:
Remove any auto-pay, and stop paying it and it will cancel itself after 90 days of non-payment.


Postpaid and you are living in Canada:

If we remove auto- pay and stop paying and also stops using the services.  The amount do get accumulated. 
Do we have to pay for those 90 days?

Hi there,

So if you are referring too the prepaid service then no. Once you reach the end of your usual 30 day period, the account gets suspended. It will then wait 90 days to be topped up again, and if it isn't, the account closes. You will not owe any money for waiting that 90 day period.
