Same thing! I want to cancel my internet service because I have a new provider. I have been on the phone with them for an hour. The first call got disconnected after 25 minutes.

Please cancel my koodo home Internet 🛜. I try to reach out to customer care since morning 10 am but not a single rep help me for this and always put on Hold and never call back again. Please cancel asap.
