Cancel Home Internet Subscription

Im trying to cancel my home internet subscription but after wasting a good chunk of my time on hold every time I called and still can’t get through to anyone over the phone. It’s getting pretty ridiculous so I’m looking to possible get help here.

As of right now 1:00pm I still haven’t received any confirmation of cancellation so I don’t know if my internet subscription is canceled now or not.
