Cancel home internet

Hi - I have been trying call your service for 3 weeks to cancel my koodo internet subcription - waiting over an hour each time with no success. 

I see on the community link that this is a systemic flaw of Koodo. Will be sure to advise others not subscribe to such a poorly structured scam.  

Please cancel this ASAP.
