I have been trying to cancel my home internet service for the past week with no success. I called once and got through to someone that said they will transfer me to the department but still spent hours on hold, no one ever answered.
This is really frustrating I don’t know what else to do. I even left a message on Facebook, requested a call ball and nothing seems to help. I don’t understand why I can’t reach anyone and having to wait for hours.
